Sorry, no-return and no-refund on perishable baked goods due to health, safety, and tampering laws. Once food leaves the shop or is delivered, it cannot be restocked or resold. Baked goods have a short shelf life and begin to dry out or spoil quickly if not stored correctly especially during shipping. If you received your cookies smashed or mangled by our carrier, contact us and we'll make it right.
