Return and Refund Policy / Shipping

Sorry, no-return and no-refund on perishable baked goods due to health, safety, and tampering laws. Once food leaves the shop or is delivered, it cannot be restocked or resold. Baked goods have a short shelf life and begin to dry out or spoil quickly if not stored correctly especially during shipping. If you received your cookies smashed or mangled by our carrier, contact us and we'll make it right.  

 Shipments are made Monday through Thursday within the United States. 

 Any orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday through Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. 

 Cookies Galore Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. If shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.
